What is data enrichment?
Data enrichment fills the gaps in your existing lists — turning a name and company into a verified email, a domain into full firmographics, or a partial record into a complete, deliverable contact. Sendburg matches your rows against 150M+ verified contacts and 15M+ companies.
How do I enrich a CSV?
Open Enrichment in the app, upload your CSV, map your columns (email, name, company or domain — whatever you have), and download the enriched file. Up to 1,000 rows per file.
Can I enrich my CRM?
Yes. Connect Salesforce or HubSpot to keep contacts and accounts enriched with verified emails, phones and firmographics — no manual exports. CRM sync is available on the Scale plan.
Is there an enrichment API?
Yes. POST your rows to /api/v1/enrich with your API key and get enriched contacts or companies back as JSON — the same matching and verification as the app.
How are credits charged?
Enrichment is charged like a reveal: 1 credit per newly-found email and 30 per direct-dial phone (optional). Company firmographics are free, and any email that comes back undeliverable is automatically refunded. The free plan includes 10,000 credits every month.
