1. Order Process

Sendburg Technologies Private Limited ("Sendburg", "we", "us") sells access to the Sendburg platform. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com (operated by Paddle.com Market Limited), who act as the Merchant of Record for all orders placed through this site.

Paddle handles all payment processing, billing, and customer service inquiries related to charges and refunds. Your purchase is subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

2. Refund Policy

All purchases are governed by Paddle's Refund Policy. As a general rule, all transactions are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, except as set out in that policy or as required by applicable law.

  • Paddle may, at its sole discretion, approve a refund request made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • Refunds will not be approved where the request relates to fraud, abuse, or a violation of our Terms of Service.
  • If a charge is disputed or charged back without first contacting us, your account access may be suspended pending resolution.

3. Statutory Withdrawal Rights

If you are a consumer located in certain jurisdictions, you may have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within a set period, in addition to the above:

  • European Union, EEA, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Turkey, Israel: 14 days
  • South Korea, Brazil, Canada, China: 7 days
  • Singapore: 5 days

This right does not apply once you have started downloading, streaming, or otherwise using or benefiting from the Service, where you consented to immediate access and acknowledged the loss of this withdrawal right.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" links in your Paddle order confirmation email, or visit paddle.net.
  2. Or contact Paddle support directly with your order details.
  3. Or email [email protected] and we will help direct your request to Paddle.
  4. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle within 14 days of approval and credited to your original payment method.
