1. Overview

Sendburg Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Sendburg", "we", "us") aims to ensure you are satisfied with your subscription. This policy describes the conditions under which refunds are granted.

The free Starter plan is not subject to billing and therefore not covered by this refund policy.

2. Annual Plans

  • If you purchase an annual plan (Growth Annual or Scale Annual), you are eligible for a full refund if requested within 14 calendar days of the initial purchase date.
  • Refund requests received after the 14-day window are not eligible for a refund. Your access will continue until the end of the paid annual period.
  • If you upgrade from monthly to annual mid-cycle, the 14-day refund window applies from the date of upgrade.
  • Annual plan renewals are not eligible for refunds. You will receive a renewal reminder email 14 days before your annual renewal date.

3. Monthly Plans

  • Monthly plans (Growth Monthly or Scale Monthly) may be cancelled at any time from your account settings.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access until the period ends.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a monthly billing period.
  • If you are charged for a renewal and request cancellation within 48 hours of the charge, contact billing@send-burg.com and we will review your case.

4. Credit Refunds

Sendburg operates on a credit system. Credits are consumed when you reveal a contact's verified email address or phone number.

  • If a revealed email address is undeliverable (bounces on the first send), the credit used is automatically refunded to your account within 24 hours — no request needed.
  • If a direct dial number is unreachable or incorrect, contact support@send-burg.com within 7 days with evidence and we will review and refund the credit.
  • Unused monthly credits that expire at the end of a billing period are not refunded as cash.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Accounts terminated for violation of the Terms of Service.
  • Annual plan refund requests received after the 14-day window.
  • Requests citing changed business needs, budget changes, or failure to use the platform.
  • Purchases made through a third-party reseller — contact the reseller directly.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email billing@send-burg.com with subject line "Refund Request — [your account email]".
  2. Include your account email, the plan purchased, purchase date, and reason for the refund.
  3. We will respond within 2 business days.
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
